About this programme
The difference between a need and a changed life
Smile Foundation finds suitable education projects run by non-profit organisations in Gujarat. These projects support children who cannot pursue education due to lack of funds. We find sponsors for children in the project and link sponsors with individual children.
We disburse and monitor sponsor funds, work with sponsors and project partners in Gujarat to obtain regular progress reports, and build strong sponsor–child communication. Sponsors can also arrange a visit with their child through Smile Foundation and project coordinators in Gujarat. This programme is not involved with any adoption process.
